Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Other local manufacturing plants are hiring at a $4-$6 higher wage. Others are paying for their employees health insurance. Many prefer to promote and hire from within. I feel I'm typically trading my physical and mental wellbeing for wages that just barely allow me to get by, but not by much.
