Blake Grams — Vice President of Global Operations at The Toro Company

Mr. Blake M. Grams has been Vice President of Global Operations at The Toro Company since June 2013. Mr. Grams served as Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at The Toro Company from February 1, 2006 to June 2013 and also served as its Vice President from December 2008 to June 2013. Mr. Grams is responsible for all accounting functions and financial planning activities of Toro and its divisions, joint ventures and affiliates. This includes external and internal financial accounting, reporting and planning; and assuring compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other governmental regulations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Toro policies. Mr. Grams serves as Treasurer of the Toro Foundation. Mr. Grams joined Toro Company in 1998. Mr. Grams served as Managing Director of Toro Co. from February 1, 2006 to December 2008. He also served at KPMG LLP for nine-years. Mr. Grams served several finance positions with Toro, including Director of Corporate Finance from November 1, 2003 to January 2006, Senior Corporate Financial Manager from July 28, 2002 to November 1, 2003 and Senior Manager of Financial Accounting and Planning from November 1, 2000 to July 28, 2002. He is a Member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International (FEI) - Twin Cities and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Grams graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Clare with a degree in Business Administration with a comprehensive major in Accounting.
