Successfully reaching goals, in spite of many factors working against us.

Knowing my opinion matters and my voice is heard.

Feeling as though I am contributing to the success of our customers and in turn our company. Supporting my team to deliver their best.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No continuous improvements. Complacent supervisor and management. People are just broken down and told to deal with poor situations.
