He served as Vice President of Consumer Business and Landscape Contractor Business of The Toro Company since November 1, 2006 until February 2009. Mr. Brown served as a Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Business of The Toro Company from February 2003 to November 2006. From September 2000 to January 2003, he served as a General Manager, Landscape Contractor Business. From September 1998 to August 2000, he served as a Managing Director, Landscape Contractor Business. He joined Toro Co in 1993 as Marketing Manager of Toro's Wheel Horse lawn and garden tractor business. He serves on the board of directors for the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, where he graduated cum laude. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
