I overheard on numeerous calls customers asking to speak to a supervisor and the representative hang up on them. Then when i get the call i am getting cursed out and have a hard time resolving issues.

When customers have complaints that we can not solve and ask to speak to a supervisor we should be allowed to transfer calls to our managers instead of enduring the multiple call backs and hang ups.
