Working at TRC gives me a feeling of mutual respect amongst my coworkers, my clients, and my candidates. It's wonderful.
I couldn't have dreamed up a better leadership team. They are high caliber managers with years of experience in the field and I couldn't ask for more.
Our company's core values are service, leadership and professionalism, and I align myself with these values wholeheartedly. I think the culture of the company is positive, forward-thinking, and motivating.
The best part about our compensation package is that once we receive 40+ hours of sick time, we can transfer it over to vacation time. This is such a great perk!!
I enjoyed being spoken to individually by each of my superiors. This provided comfortability and the opportunity to open up more rather than feel the typical tense, nervousness that accompanies paneled interviews.
I love the camaraderie with my coworkers as well as the constant opportunity to learn new things and adapt. I also love being able to voice my own thoughts and opinions in a welcoming environment.
Well, personally I think my team is the best one I could have asked for. Our personalities mesh so well that I can't imagine anyone else filling their roles. Region-wise, NC is killing it! :)
I've got the best team in the region hands down! We boost each other up, we care about the quality of each other's work, and we are always quick to offer a helping hand when needed.
I liked that I got to speak with multiple people in one-on-one interviews. It was nice to see the different walks of life in the office I'd be working in. Different people ask different questions, and it made for a more well-rounded interview process.
TRC's company culture is one of growth, development, and recognition. TRC VALUES its employees, and that is not something I'm used to seeing in today's day and age. It is simply inspiring for such a large company to maintain those personal touches that mean so much to its employees.
The daily interactions I have with the people in my area make me excited to get up and go to work every day. Honestly, sometimes I think I get even more excited about job offers than the candidates themselves! I love what I do, and when you have that, you're always happy.
Every person in a leadership role at TRC loves what they do, loves helping people, and loves developing new team members into leaders themselves. That, to me, makes for a great leadership team and an even better place to work. That's what we have here at TRC, and I couldn't be prouder to work here.
I love the fact that we get two PTO days for volunteering in our community, as well as the health and wellness program. Both of these benefits are so important for people to feel well-rounded and happy - there is no better feeling than helping others, and getting paid to do so is just a bonus!
