I like that the leadership team knows you by name. They are committed to ensuring everyone is always trained on the new updates, and the open door policy. All of my coworkers from other branches feel like family. The quarterly meetings are the best and help comradery.

My executive team is always a phone call a way. If I need help with a client or a question they will usually drop everything to be there for me. Even when I first started our CEO took the time to personally take me out to lunch to get to know me.

Always room to improve on execution of strategy
There is not much interaction with the internal workforce a seemingly no appreciation for these people.
Providing leadership. They have a big problem with not developing their employees, and it is evident in the tenure of the branch employees and the constant turnover.
