There is not much interaction with the internal workforce a seemingly no appreciation for these people.

Providing leadership. They have a big problem with not developing their employees, and it is evident in the tenure of the branch employees and the constant turnover.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better benefits, matching 401k would be great. Most companies arr offering unlimited PTO and the ones that are not are offering 4-6 weeks PTO after hire.

I was told a different pay rate

Cost of living is not considered with .25 cent pay increase after one full year. They're not fighting for employees. Turn over is high and they just hire new employees.

Some things are swept under the rug instead of being dealt with management, and all of the new associates that have gone above and beyond are not recognized.

Shorten it. TRC is a staffing company. It should not take 5 interviews and 25+ hours of my time to determine whether or not I'm a good fit at TRC.

The people! Everyone at TRC is amazing. From the receptionist to our CEO.

The company provides you with transportation assistance which is great fro people who do not drive.

The customer interaction and educating candidates who may not quite be up to par on their resume or interview skills. I enjoy giving positive feedback to help candidates. Even if I am not able to place them on assignment, they will remember that TRC cared enough to help them and make them better.
