Decent. The funding environment regarding higher ed in state is pretty discouraging, but overall, employees feel that there is a future for Truman.

Low to moderate for the field overall nationally, but moderate to high for northeast Missouri.

Depends on the position, but generally, I would say interviews for positions at Truman are moderately difficult. Some departments will provide a full-day interview experience which includes a presentation by the candidate, so you'll want to brush up on your public-speaking skills.
