Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average salary for my job skills in a private company rather than in the education field would be valued at just under twice the annual salary I'm currently receiving.

Some communication problems and competing ideas for direction exist. Causes confusion.

Intellectual thought is encouraged. We are a big family of nerds (in the best way).
