Many of the non-executive employees are wonderful, intellectually-curious individuals determined to do the right thing. We laugh a lot - unfortunately, it's usually at how incompetent and foolish the execs are. Sadly, the best people either have left or are leaving due to culture and mismanagement.
Most colleagues below the exec level are extremely passionate, hardworking, and fun. They yearn for better leadership and culture. Alas, it is one of those situations where "nothing unites like a common enemy." Have made terrific friends here, but the day-to-day is so bad due to the leadership team.
They need experienced execs with business acumen, not inexperienced family members. Leaders who are savvy about data and who are empathetic, who care about their people and the culture. Who will speak truth to power and do the right. HR needs to stop being spineless and look out for employees.
