Coworkers need to improve on cooperation, because they silently watch as unknowing new workers are exploited by the managers

The management staff needs to either be re-educated on the responsibilities of a manager or preferably replaced with people more qualified for the job
Majority of the problems lies with management and their handling of the employees, along with a few polices that makes work life more difficult
I feel undervalued because my managers are asking me to work at ungodly hours for minimum wage with no extra payment for overnight nor overtime as well as giving me more tasks to do. And calling for me to work a second shift 5 hrs after working the first all the while refusing increase my wages
