Culture is built from the ground up. A wise man once told me that culture eats strategy for breakfast. I see that Turnkey incorporates the feedback from the teams and incorporates it into cultural direction of the company.
We place an emphasis on collaboration and team work. Our teams are all remote and thus do not have a lot of opportunity to engage in person. Through virtual meetings and the occasional team events we are able to effectively engage, communicate and collaborate.
I think too much emphasis is placed on PI and not enough on the recruitment channels. I think we need to simply the job roles and segment out some of the more functional responsibilities and create new roles as a result. This can provide a better pathway to promotions and development.
