Not good. Team members feel under appreciated. And I mean come on u got folks working there job and someone else and they only get for one. I mean really. And then u have these big wigs kids coming in just out of college and getting ops manager jobs. That makes folks think I have worked hard for years and can't go no we're. What's the point. And as far as hours. I am at work for 8 and 1/2 hours but only get paid for 8 that is because I am qa tech. and I have to clock out for my break.
