
I don't know we hire so many new hires they do not stay they seen the work is so hard but it's not it's at a moderate pace
The Supervisors and some of Management need to stop treating us like we are slaves and that we work for them and not for Tyson Foods.
Transfer Supervisors & managers w/ seniority out & replace w/ Supervisors not related 2 TMs in any way. Plant a corporate spy in management.
Management needs to be a positive influence instead of adding to the drama and they could use some sensitivity training
Better organization and communication between complexes and out laying facilities
Treat everyone as equals and more positive reinforcement.
Better load planning.. and less down time...
Night shift needs a bit more constructed
Everything from management to the lineleaders
A lot of bullying and intimidation
Everyone treated equally.
