Mgt doesn't account for the intelligence of its employees. Listen to the employee and THANK them for a job well done and not just the pets.
Favoritism is rampant. This plant puts $ 1st & TMs last. Plant Man & Asst P. M. demoralize, curse & yell at Supervisors. Replace management.
The people they hire are thugs and bullys ex convicts they should watch who they hire because the good employees don't feel right at work
Some of my Supervisors and Managment Team doesn't say, "Good Job", they just think it's all about them and not Tyson, it's sad.

Horrible leadership at the transportation level... qualified dispatching...not kids fresh out of school that have no idea what drivers face
People thats been there for more than a year are treated badly..and supervisor have people they dont like.
Management counseling some Team Members for things that a select group of others do on a daily basis
Every one's morale. The everyday business of being short-handed and the leads are being killed

The workers we have don't care and are lazy. Most just draw a check.
