Overall, the leadership in my current role is very good. I do believe that there are opportunities for growth, but they are doing a good job. We do meet a lot. We meet far more than in any other job that I have had. In many cases, the meetings are productive, but sometimes, we are waiting for someone to arrive to lead the meeting. Also, the meeting "ice breakers" tend to go on too long.
I think that one of the most negative things about the work environment is the actual work space. There are very few windows in the office and those that are there are in conference rooms, leadership offices, or blocked by tall cubical walls. Also, the front area is painted with a dark gray paint.
