Not much. There are too many white men, all above a certain age.
They take into account what key stakeholders need and want while ensuring their employees are motivated to create the deliverables a project requires.
Lots of endless pushing to get tested for COVID. Disconnected about impacts of paying to park where you work and the cost of parking.
Wide view of possibilities and doesn't micromanage
I liked the best about the executive team is that they are super understanding towards students.

Overall, the leadership in my current role is very good. I do believe that there are opportunities for growth, but they are doing a good job. Ethics, being human, not exploiting educators and students, stop being corporate
Transparency and be more down to earth. A lot of privilege above the manager level and they like it that way.
Creating a workplace culture that makes me not dread coming to work every day. DEI processes/training built in for staff and implemented in terms of administrative work, not just our public facing programs. Learning how to make staff feel valued. Increased transparency. Less micro-managing.
