HR department gives out contradictory information depending on who you speak to and it is always changes. Then when you point this out they say I did not say that. They do not handle conflicts with resolution between the employee and supervisor they side with the admin especially when it is a pay mistake. They say do not rely on this job to make a living, prepare contingincees like what - take out loans or rob a bank if you do not get paid for your work.
