Veeam is overall a great place to work. We are currently going through many changes, but I believe they are all positive and are leading us in the right direction. The culture here is great and the people are amazing.

Prior to joining Veeam, I was uncertain about my career choice and my confidence had recently taken a hit. Since coming to Veeam I feel secure, I feel valued, and I no longer dread work days. I'm genuinely happy in my career for the first time in a really long time.

From day 1, felt the Veeam Team vibe, with no pressure to get the training completed just encouragement from the Team Leaders and other Support staff.

They care. They invest in their people and make sure to give you the tools to succeed. If things aren't working, they're open to new ideas and changing the process/tools used for your role. They are constantly ready to step in and help when you need it, without micromanaging or "nitpicking".

They lack total transparency and concern. They are out of touch with reality and employee relations. We now know they have been being run by another company, but to be better they are going to have to move out of 1980 and into 2020 and stop treating employees like infants.

There is zero transparency with staff. They treat everyone like they are children. They know pay is unfair and do not care - and they beat everyone over the head with Metrics, which DO NOT reflect how hard a person is working. They need to get out of the 1980s and into the real world.

Communicate to their employees. Value their employees and pay people what they are worth

Realizing the talent they have working for them, and being sure they are in the right position to do the most good for the company.

The medical/dental/vision plans have very reasonable premiums and fairly low deductibles.

I am paid for my skills and my package is reviewed at least once a year

For the same role in other organisations in India the pay is atleast 2.5x higher, this makes difficult to retain talent at the same time, it at times make you wonder if you are doing the right thing by staying back

There is blatant favouritism with Veeam. There is a certain type of person who is promoted and given breaks. The managers do not fight for us and we are not paid fairly across the board. It is sad, and traceable.

If they paid fairly and did not favor some departments over others. We are not valued - there is no incentive at all. Employees here should be between the ages of 18-24 since they won't know the difference. This is a good training job in what not to let happen in the future.

Paid 15K less than the national average for the position

Everyone is very personable and great to work with! We all bring different perspectives to every conversation and work together and collaborate effectively. I honestly work with some of the best people. They are the best part of my job.

The autonomy and flexibility are essential to keeping a good work/life balance. I rarely if ever feel like I'm lacking what I need to perform well in my role.

Veeam has to fight to be a better workplace overall. Insane Metrics, unattainable goals, sketchy manager. It creates a hostile environment and all the good employees are leaving in DROVES. The young ones can get through it for about a year, but even their spirits are becoming broken.

Start from the top and work your way down, not the other way around. Veeam is being ran by (bought by) an investment firm, and such they have been run like one. It won't be improved if Veeam doesn't fight for it's employees and get rid of the toxic upper management and useless job roles.
