Full time employees start with 3 weeks of paid time off and 5 days of sick time. After 5 years, you get another week of PTO. And after 10 years you get one more week. Depending on experience, you can negotiate for more PTO when you start, but you'll never get more than 5 weeks. They're usually really good approving time off, too. As long as there's coverage for your work and you give enough notice, you'll get approved.
Generally good. Full time employees start with 3 weeks of PTO. That bumps up a week after 5 and 10 years. As long as there's coverage within your department, your time off will probably be approved.
