What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful and available for any questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being good at their jobs.
They need to listen to the support staff and take better care of those of us who are working hard and doing great jobs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus is a great perk.

Its very low pay forvthe work.
My job has grown so much that I've had 2 title changes but neither has been an actual promotion with a raise.

With better aligned focus there.
There are some great people at Venable, but there's also some dead weight and we need to let them go.

Most of the people are friendly and supportive and a pleasure to work with.
