Glass ceiling plus unaccptable promiscuous behaior
Their customer service and response time to technical issues are terrible. I've been having an issue for well over 6 months now and I can't get in touch with tech support, even after I submit the forms requesting help.
Customer service. When I try calling, the call gets dropped after about 15 minutes on hold. My chat request, left open out of morbid curiosity, has been waiting for a live agent for over two weekdays straight.
