Customer service. When I try calling, the call gets dropped after about 15 minutes on hold. My chat request, left open out of morbid curiosity, has been waiting for a live agent for over two weekdays straight.
Vudu does not protect your private account information and makes it easy for hackers to take everything from you like purchases and your account.
Their customer service and response time to technical issues are terrible. I've been having an issue for well over 6 months now and I can't get in touch with tech support, even after I submit the forms requesting help.
