Leadership is very insular, controlling, and not growth oriented. Nepotism, backstabbing, and telling lies about employees by the leads is the norm. If someone is a threat to the employees protected by the mgmt chain, they're isolated, disrespectfully treated, and managed out swiftly.
They say that they take the best parts of Amazon, Google, and Microsoft but the worst parts of those cultures come out day to day in a Game of Thrones way. Highly political, lots of unchecked nepotism.
