Having a vision, communicating, being decisive
Stick to the news. Dont try to be entertaiment.
Making decisions, moving things forward, trying to create a sense of morale (which is at an all time low), supporting team members who are struggling mentally. I could go on and on.
Listening to employees and CUSTOMERS
Expanding and getting more diverse executives.
Very affordable and comprehensive overall
It is fair and excellent
salary, bonus and performance pool
Nothing specific but it's good and enough
Unlimited time off, for now, who knows after the next merger.
I don't get paid for sick days and I am not sure I benefit from a bonus
The fact someone else does my timecard inadequate makes me feel uncomfortable
Warner Bros pays less than 50% market rate for comparable jobs.
More RSU awards, more transparency in benefits.
low for the industry standards
Very knowledgeable and intelligent people
We are in it together, for better or worse. Nice, smart people doing their best with atrousios "leaders"

There is a sense of gloom with the recent AT&T merger and so everyone is extra paranoid about their jobs. The folks from Turner pretend to be the boss of all. It is a very toxic environment.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to be smarter and work harder.
Be aligned on the bigger company mission - which is hard because it’s so often hidden from everyone.
Smart, driven, brilliant people with a very scary objective
The people are the most positive part about the culture and environment at my company.
Review from Operations Dept
There are great perks, like company swag, movie screenings, parties.
Positive- The Diversity of Talented People who comes through.... Negative- voices aren’t heard from the workers who are not Executives..
Review from Operations Dept
kind people and everyone is helpful
The coworkers on the team level are extremely supportive of each other.
I wish i knew. Stop menrality if you cant hang drinking with me all night, you dont fit in.
Already done - fair well Zucker and don't let the door hit you where the lord split you
Start off with leadership who actually knows how to run a studio as opposed to a tech startup neophyte
Lot of self-delusion. CNN is far behind industry leaders.

The crunch and pressure are incredibly stressful
Review from Engineering Dept
Non aggressive and I only had to deal with 2-3 people
a relaxed and casual process put me at ease
It was a long time ago, i dont recall.
One of my interviewers had cats in the background
Employee referral helped for an efficient interview process
standardize it so that each applicant has roughly the same experience
Start before the interview. Base your candidates on knowledge, experience and competence
Do my political beliefs matter? I thought this was a news company designed to be unbiased. ANYTHING BUT!!!
I interviewed for TT over 12 years ago so I can't really comment on this now.
It’s necessary to vet all employees but it’s a long process of checking each reference, school, former employment
The People, The Energy from different Depts that come through our bldg....
Review from Operations Dept
the people i work with
I really enjoy what I do
The experience of being on a filming studio
My paycheck makes me happiest.
We used to be balanced and provided a service. Now if you can sell an ad in it, we will run the stoty. No matter what.
Current management team needs to value human capital more.
Senior management is out of touch with how products are most effectively built. Some divisions set highly ambitious, unrealistic expectations while others give tremendous deadline leeway to strong, charismatic (but incompetent) leaders.
Lets make work fun again
Review from Engineering Dept
Multiple huge bets that all didn't do very well. Stop spending money like crazy.
Not a single thing at this moment, thanks to the ATT merger and all of the related job insecurities that it brought along.
Review from Operations Dept
Lots of recognition and opportunity to work on new things.
