The people are the most positive part about the culture and environment at my company.
Review from Operations Dept
There are great perks, like company swag, movie screenings, parties.
Positive- The Diversity of Talented People who comes through.... Negative- voices aren’t heard from the workers who are not Executives..
Review from Operations Dept
kind people and everyone is helpful
The coworkers on the team level are extremely supportive of each other.
we all get along and support each other
Diversity with people from all over the world
Getting to work on the lot.
Our team is extremely involved in events both at warner and outside the office. We volunteer at various weekend events and represent WB and also attend in-house networking events that give us exposure to various depts.
That we all tend to have each other?

An environment of excellence, diversity, and inclusion
Environmentalism, very conscious of our footprint, and personally most everyone is friendly, to your face at least.

We make it a fun place to work in.. employees should help build this kind of environment since we spend a significant amount of time at work
Everyone here loves working with classic movies and has pride in delivering a unique and cherished product despite constant calls to increase already unrealistic profit margins.

In my department I’m not being micromanaged. There is also flexibility in hours.

I wish i knew. Stop menrality if you cant hang drinking with me all night, you dont fit in.
Already done - fair well Zucker and don't let the door hit you where the lord split you
Start off with leadership who actually knows how to run a studio as opposed to a tech startup neophyte
Lot of self-delusion. CNN is far behind industry leaders.

The crunch and pressure are incredibly stressful

The cooler kids need to be more welcoming. It felt exactly like high school.
Remove the toxic people (i.e. the management).
Review from Operations Dept
They need to hire better and work better on fostering the talent that they have. They drive away really great talent by not letting those people move up and rewarding mediocrity
Review from Operations Dept
Managers need to understand that a team can only function effectively when leadership reinforces the positive and keeps the team energized. They should be a buffer and shield the team from the executive micromanaging. If your bosses dump on you, you shouldn't treat your subordinates to the same.
The studio culture as a whole is fine. The studio tour department culture is poor as the guides are viewed as the step child of the lot.
pay for females should equal males but it doesn’t match at all
There is a general flat feeling about where the company is headed as well as the quality of the product being produced.
These people think that they are smarter then the cows they are trying to manipulate into doing what is in their best interest
Culture wise it's a great company
Nothing comes to mind at the moment
Better leaders, a more pronounced and constructive performance program (CHAT is a joke- no one really knows if they are doing well or poorly because your manager doesn’t make the decision on your bonus- it’s a 2x/year high school-style popularity contest fueled by hearsay - not delivery of value.
More outings to get to know each other

Less overtime more breaks That‘s it

Too many people care about superficial things. These politics hold us back from making the best decisions for our business.
