Warner Media Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very affordable and comprehensive overall

It is fair and excellent

salary, bonus and performance pool

Nothing specific but it's good and enough

Unlimited time off, for now, who knows after the next merger.

I would like to have More information regarding my Benefits....

Review from Operations Dept

Very competitive in the tech industry

Time off and flexible work arrangements

Paternity leave, family and bereavement leave

Review from Operations Dept

The extra perks from working at the studio.

Review from Operations Dept

Lots of vacation and holidays

Everything because I get paid

401K, good benefits and paid time off

Review from Marketing Dept

Best part is that it is money.

My healthcare is the cheapest I've seen for any company.

They pay very well with a great 401k matching option.

Benefits as a part time employee

It is fair and I am doing well

Strong base pay compensation plus decent bonus and some stock

Great compensation for market value

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't get paid for sick days and I am not sure I benefit from a bonus

The fact someone else does my timecard inadequate makes me feel uncomfortable

Warner Bros pays less than 50% market rate for comparable jobs.

More RSU awards, more transparency in benefits.

low for the industry standards

Pay is low on tech side

Review from Engineering Dept

The annual raises are pityful to begin with and we are severely underpaid, compared to the industry standards.

Review from Operations Dept

Half of the job I do is done by another department in the company and they are paid at least $15,000 higher than we are

Review from Operations Dept

For some reason, janitorial workers get paid a very sad amount compared to the work load, there is no incentive to do a good job and the custodians end up very resentful, and don’t work as hard.

Review from Operations Dept

Paid fairly when compared to title, but my responsibilities do not align with my title.

Review from Engineering Dept

I am paid WAY too little for the value I bring to the company.

Benefits are fantastic. Manager is inconsistent about goals and requirements for advancement. Less about money than title and recognition. The man is incompetent and vindictive.

Review from Marketing Dept

You are forced to pay for a union that does nothing for you.

We are underpaid and overworked. The company's cost-cutting has us doing the work of three people. Morale within the company is in decline. People are afraid of losing their jobs if they speak out or complain about working conditions. The company has an army of in-house temps ready to fill-in.
