Helpful knowledgeable and people friendly
They are relatively open to listening and applying feedback
They make me feel included in decision-making.
Very good and amazingly good
Not much. It's being changed by the new CEO thank the lord
The goals are high but the enthusiasm is low
Their vision for the future
We worked well with each other
poor leadership but great people
I like that they have a clear vision for my team.
Caring, dependable, and fare to employees
Very open-door policy; the laid back culture makes each member of management extremely approachable and easy to learn from.
The team work is excellent.
Industry leader, certain amount of loyalty
Review from Marketing Dept
We generally hear from them, get regular updates and the like.
Review from Operations Dept
Overall solid vision and execution.
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team in the studio tour department is average at best. There is little interest in paying attention to the guest experience which would greatly lift moral of the employees.
Everything at Rooster Teeth is Awesome!!!
Transparency ...we are always informed about what’s going on with the company
They are very respectful and responsible
Having a vision, communicating, being decisive
Stick to the news. Dont try to be entertaiment.
Making decisions, moving things forward, trying to create a sense of morale (which is at an all time low), supporting team members who are struggling mentally. I could go on and on.
Listening to employees and CUSTOMERS
Expanding and getting more diverse executives.
At understanding that ousting the DNA of a company's culture will change the company
Managing, Communication, Treatment of employees
Value employees better. Employee benefits are often ignored in all recent M&As.
Not just living off the brand name but creating new products
Review from Engineering Dept
Diversity, inclusive/collaborative mindset, awareness that the loudest voices are not necessarily the most competent or insightful.
Controlling their employees and staff
Review from Engineering Dept
Communicating goals clearly and sticking to them.
HBO was a fantastic place to work, back in 2000 or earlier (well before my times). Ever since the AT&T merger (or shall we say, hostile takeover) it has regressed into a chopshop! This was the worst deal ever made in the history of mergers.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to be more open to innovation and less stuck in "the warner way". They need to create more of a team environment between the departments and value everyone's input regardless of title.
Reigning in some our tv personalities that many times prefer to report feelings over facts
Review from Operations Dept
Hiring. It drags sown the entire company when hires are bad because then the effective employees have to shoulder all of the work. Thats why the best ones right now are leaving in floods and the slowest and least efficient people are staying behind. The moving up process is also horrendous
Review from Operations Dept
Managing company assets, people setting and reaching realistic goals.
Promote females more, males are elevated much quicker
Lack of vision. Isolationist and ivory tower’esque
Every bit of news is digested and manipulated to serve the aim of the corporate owners. Every moment of every day is dedicated to the destruction of a philosophy. It is very scary to be behind the scenes and a part of this machine. It is nothing more then spinning the facts in a vacuum.
