A bit fractured when I worked there. A whole lot of work and no play. Was getting a bit better during my short time, but still needed management buy-in and effort to make it stick. Hoping many of the changes I suggested stuck as it's a great company with tons of potential. But the culture was a bit too top-down, combative and unstable for my tastes, so I bounced.
