Inject some fun! It was pretty work work work, no play. Additionally, there were almost an equal number of contractors vs. permanent employees which created some unnecessary delineations. I tried to make sure that everyone was included in the fun, meetings, conversations, etc. so that it always felt like a team vs. a them/us dynamic.
