Our ambition to be known as a World Class Restaurant Business is actually rooted in the deep south of America. It was on a tour of Texas, the spiritual home of the barbeque, that our recipe for success was carefully crafted. As we searched for the best steaks in the land, what we discovered was the notion that we’re not actually in the restaurants business – we’re in the memories business.
