Management refuses to acknowledge that the US competitive landscape in their niche is very different from the ANZ region 10 years ago. Their latest strategy is a “practice tools/practice platform” approach - the catch is the tools have major deficiencies for the US market as they were designed for the workflows and regulatory environment in ANZ. Don’t question that - sell it and move on. Who cares about your own personal integrity or professional reputation, right? That’s pretty much it. Fall in line or move on.
