I would say do their jobs instead of standing around talking personal business - but honestly, why should they care? The owners evidently don't.
Ownership is virtually nonexistent. They are rarely in the office. There are some people who have been waiting for 6 months to review projects with them.
A lot is going wrong and while the owners probably should be more active in the business, I am glad that they are rarely here - I hate being dragged over the coals.
I feel undervalued because I am never told thank you, or that I did a good job. I am however badgered for anything that is not done the way my manager would have done it, even when instructions on their process was never communicated. I would feel better with better management and higher pay.
