Treating everyone equally. Not show favoritism for the ones you like by providing them big leads ready to close. And don't embarrass those that haven't been able to close business in front of the whole team.
Ownership is virtually nonexistent. They are rarely in the office. There are some people who have been waiting for 6 months to review projects with them.

The pay is below market and the way that the commission is paid is in favor of the company
Certain employees get a higher base pay because they are friends with the upper management.
I feel undervalued because I am never told thank you, or that I did a good job. I am however badgered for anything that is not done the way my manager would have done it, even when instructions on their process was never communicated. I would feel better with better management and higher pay.

Many coworkers are complaining about carrying the team when they're been fed the leads.
I would say do their jobs instead of standing around talking personal business - but honestly, why should they care? The owners evidently don't.

Better leadership... I experienced the worst VP of sales in my career history. He was passive aggressive and demotivating. He promised the board numbers we could never hit consistently. If you have 15 sales rep and only 3 are hitting the numbers then there is something seriously wrong.
Treat everyone the same. Friendship with upper management should not matter.

They need new Leadership! It starts at the head. They also need realistic goals
A lot is going wrong and while the owners probably should be more active in the business, I am glad that they are rarely here - I hate being dragged over the coals.
