Within my team, everyone is extremely supportive of each other. We all have different backgrounds, but we have the same mindset and goals. Everyone fulfills their roles in order to ensure our success as a division. All phenomenal people.

The leadership team is made up of some pretty amazing individuals. From the start, the first thing that I noticed about the leaders within this company is that they care- care about their interns, and care about their interns success. These individuals are extremely motivated, positive, go-getters.

All of the people within the company care about your success not only within your business, but also within your life in general. The relationships that I have built with the people within this company are ones that will last for years to come. The support that you get within YEAA is is amazing.

I liked how I was able to call two YEAA alumni before going into a final round interview. Those two alumni took their time to share details about their experience and what they learned in a very candid manor. It was more personal, and it allowed me to get to know people within the company.
