How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Zel Technologies?

In three words ZelTech was transparent, efficient and inquisitive. They were transparent on job requirements, benefits and salary. They were efficient on asking questions pertinent to the position I interviewed for and drawing out my experience to see how well suited I was to meet the positions duty requiremetns. And lastly, inquisitive by asking about my future goals both near and long-term. During discussions of the later, ZelTech was able to tie in areas where their company culture and benefits programs could assist me in reaching my goals.
