How many women are in your team? is it diverse enough?

My team has 4 women, 6 men. It is not diverse enough, objectively speaking, because there are many under or un-represented groups. But we do take unconscious bias training and we make the environment as welcoming and inclusive as we know how.

My (developer) team is mostly male. Women usually make up between 10% and 33% of any given developer team, and are promoted to senior or lead positions at about the same rate as the men.

There are 3 female developers on my team (including myself). Zillow has a great ratio and a very welcoming environment.
