Very little interaction with managers unless it's negative. Promotion to "champion" doesn't come with pay rise despite being twice the work.

listen to employee concerns. Should not have to beg for supplies needed to do the job efficiently. You need a laptop and a teams account but unless you pester them every day you will not get one for months.

ZT Systems is like family, or at least from my experience. Very helpful people work there. Surely company is growing very fast, this leads to some issues. However, overall as new employee, I've had a great experience and I love going to work every day. They let you work overtime as well.
