Mutual respect and appreciation as well as cultural diversity
Few know who we are but our tech drives much of the AI and the globe's hyperscale data centers. We maintain a "quiet cool."

everyday is so busy, and time fly by fast
Support to each other. Everyone is ready to help, teams usually rely on each other and effectively communicate. For example, if we have an issue, we ask another team to help us solve it. They will do everything they can to get the issue resolved.
Team development is reviewed reoccurring and healthy and safety is a priority.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listen to employee concerns. Should not have to beg for supplies needed to do the job efficiently. You need a laptop and a teams account but unless you pester them every day you will not get one for months.
