Company is not hire the sincere , regular, hard worker working on line since long time.
Very little interaction with managers unless it's negative. Promotion to "champion" doesn't come with pay rise despite being twice the work.

It is uncanny but the prople at ZT are all just very nice. They have incredibly smart people and capable people but there is none of rhebarrogance you'd expect.
