What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to their duties and keen to provide the best.
They don't chase dollars... they chase an exceptional customer reputation and intense loyalty to their emoloyees. Doing these things, the dollars take carenif themselves.
The team has a positive attitude and mutual respect. Challenging each other and supporting the company values.
That despite being different countries, we ended up finishing the job as a team.
Agile. No baggage. Recognize hard work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
better communication between executive members because we always have to fix their mistakes

What is the best part about your compensation package?
All off it is the top
Salary is competitive. Bonuses are consistant and generous.
Decent sized differential, without it I wouldn't do the job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Frankly, I would like to see better benefits in the future.
A lot of work and no rewards at all
Company is not hire the sincere , regular, hard worker working on line since long time.
Very little interaction with managers unless it's negative. Promotion to "champion" doesn't come with pay rise despite being twice the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The spirit of the group and there is no one better than the other
It is uncanny but the prople at ZT are all just very nice. They have incredibly smart people and capable people but there is none of rhebarrogance you'd expect.
Being open and honest and challenging each other in personal and professional development.
Kindness and mutual respect make up the core fabric at ZT in my department and throughout all the othets with whom I interact.
Each person who works in my area has different customs, but what I like is that when I talk or joke with them, their looks or laughter make me feel very comfortable and trustworthy with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's important to be honest and to avoid speaking negatively about each other behind closed doors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mutual respect and appreciation as well as cultural diversity
Few know who we are but our tech drives much of the AI and the globe's hyperscale data centers. We maintain a "quiet cool."
Different cultures Different languages I love the environment
Again, underlying kindness and professional respect for each other's roles and capabiliites.
That whatever they are going through, they are always willing to finish their work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listen to employee concerns. Should not have to beg for supplies needed to do the job efficiently. You need a laptop and a teams account but unless you pester them every day you will not get one for months.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Their cooperation and the way they welcome me. Also the questions related to work are very logical.
I felt I was thouroughly vetted.
The mix between professional and personal match
It was very relaxed conversation.
The interviewers set expectations that panned out to be very accurate. No game playing - very tranparent.

Almost everything around you makes you happy.
Working with other smart people who are also happy doing what they love.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The revenue it the main thing, they never said no to a customer, combined with being understaffed, and especially during covid got people burned out
