The perfect work mood there is everyday, the people I am surrounded by, and the big family we are.

They are supportive, professionals and friendly with everyone, always looking for the best for the team and for the employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The support, they are really supportive and friendly with everyone. Of course the team is always looking for the best of we can give to the company and the support to reach those objectives has always been superlative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am still a junior employee despite I've been working in the videogames industry for 3 years. I know it is all based in time and performance during this time, so I am not unhappy, I just thing my compensation or role could be a bit higher
