What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are engaged and genuine.

Decent humans how respect the impacts of their choices on their employees

The best thing about the Sports leadership is that they listen to you. Daily they demonstrate the companies' values and help to instill that into the people on their team. They help push you towards your goals and I am fortunate to be a part of not only the organization but the NBA Sports team.

Less talk more action. We hear the same thing over and over but dont see much change especially around headcount and retaining talent. Burnout culture is real
