I lost money due to the Zanga purchase. Im young and starting out new with stocks and sad to see my money disappear overnight.
The company needs to research the current market. They need to match it or exceed it. If you invest in your people now, you will not have to worry about losing them later.
Other companies seem to pay more for the same role compared to 2K.
I think all of the artists should be paid 5k-10k more

One of the best things about the NBA Sports Team is that everyone looks out for each other. People are quick to help you if you need it and are there for you when life happens. The company needs to give a shit about its employees
Management is too powerful and shouldn't decide about things they have less knowledge about. More transparency where the team is going and sharing what people do would bring people more together. Right now, it is too focused on how it was done in the past, instead of how do we develop?
