Humility! No egos to be found, just a hunger to be better and to be true leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We accept any and everyone. There is no jock or bro-y culture, unlike others in our industry. We understand our differences make us stronger.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was more room for vacation. Yes, we get two weeks off for Christmas, however I wish these days could be used elsewhere. I also know we're paid slightly below market average, and I hope this changes.
