I love working here - it's a big company with the resources and reach of a big company, but a casual and very friendly atmosphere

I loved that I got to demonstrate my actual skills instead of being judged solely on previous job experience
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good healthcare and pension, lots of money going around for training and various workshops so it feels like the company is investing in its employees
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I can talk to anyone, like if the CEO walked in I could chat to him and it would be considered normal. I really like the flat structure.
