I like to work for FF, but in general, people do not take responsibility from their tasks and nothing happens. They keep acting as not accountable, blaming other people, the leadership does not know what to do unless hiring more people. We could reduce in 20% the of employees due to inefficiency.

the best and the worst thing in FF is freedom, I think it is not properly addressed
What did you like most about the interview process?
I think it was too confusing, not clear, people send me the wrong business case to solve and when I arrived there, they figure out that they send the the answers, not he questions. By the end of the process I received a negative answer but, few days later they informed me that I was chosen.
