Train to keep their policies and terms true instead of the opposite
Honesty and true care with real team work
Listening and making people feel like they have been heard.
What about not promoting just because its a woman? How about a payraise after 3 years? How about a fulltime workcontract after 3 years. To sum it up, do the minimum human to your employees.

no medical benefits or any other benefits if you work as a platform worker
No payraise after 3 years
We work too much and get paid same as cashiers
At times, 50% bellow market value. Any company paying fairly can grab a good engineer

Helpful co-workers in our team, always trying to find the solution
Partnership during activities and they are always ready to help everybody.

Care about one another not just bout themselves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good coherent and rewarding in the long run
There isn't anything positive that I can think of
Very supportive and engaging to get the best of all.
People are willing to brainstorm and collaborate together. Sometimes with "too many meetings" people can end up less willing to have the necessary and productive "work session" type meetings where the true magic of collaboration can happen - at Farfetch I've found all levels are more than willing!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Ability to make a presentation to senior managers to rate my knowledge and communication skills.
The transparency of the process
the simplicity and nice talk
The interviewers were kind, they scheduled my rounds pretty steadily and close together. The lead recruiter checked in with me before each round even if she didn't schedule it. They went the extra mile to make me feel valued and like they were excited to have me.

Train to help the employee get a start of their own not only for the trainers pocket book
Put people that know about the area doing it
What makes you most happy at work?
Earnings and learning new tasks
Intelectual challenging, ability to build something new.
