The nature of the business model serves to make 'company culture' irrelevant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Simply put, this type of mega body shop is wholly unconcerned with employees except to tally body count as a commodity merchandised in ways to keep contract prices low in efforts to win in a downward spiraling economy of bargain basement contracting style.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The business model is not aligned with improvement in terms that correspond with this question.
