I love work here. They do their best to care and provide for their patients by employing the best talent possible and try to take care of the employees so they give their best so the staff gives the best care.

The different forms of culture that make up the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They have questions that are geared to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses off a personality evaluation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though they preform evaluations to equalize pay in the field they don't always. When you reach certain level when a salary employee there is no form of compensation for time given for any overtime that is extensive in hrs. They also don't give the best increases with promoting.
